Biggest Loser Alert!!

Back in September, I found the TV show "The Biggest Loser" by accident. (Was looking for Hell's Kitchen that particular night) I became hooked immediately and have faithfully watched it and cried most every show...I-LOVE-IT. Well, the current season is having it's finale on Tuesday (at 8pm eastern!) and while I would normally be excited anyway, I have extra EXTRA reason to be this time around. My neighbor and friend, Janine, the trainer I've told you about on this blog, has been training one of the eliminated contestants!! Her name is Migdalia, she lives in Sanford. She has been coming over to Cary six days a week to train with Janine in her garage, which is a studio now, for three hours a day. And...I got to meet Migdalia on Monday :-) Janine accompanied her to LA today and will attend the finale with her, might even get to be on TV. And if that weren't enough, my beloved friend Marda, who is a registered dietitian, has been her nutrition counselor and she is also in LA to attend the finale with Migdalia and Janine. How fun is this? MY friends are helping this woman on her journey and are now going to be at the biggest loser finale. I am so excited for them all I can hardly contain myself. Tuesday at 8pm can't come soon enough :) Just had to share!!
