Piano Recital

Kendall with friends (and sisters) Kylie and Hailey. They are all beat from spending most of yesterday swimming in the pool. Guess what they did immediately after finishing the recital? Put their swimsuits and sunscreen on and went swimming!

Kendall had her first piano recital today. She did very well, though nervous. Thankfully, it was at her instructors house, where her lessons are held, and the crowd was small. Ms. Finnegan (the instructor) had recitals in shifts of 7 students at a time, plus the students' families, in order to accomodate everyone. She has learned much since starting in September. It was fun to hear all the students, who each played three pieces; Kendall's were: Love Somebody, Oh Susanna and Bye Bye Blackbird. My favorite was Love Somebody- it was beautiful!
