Today at church, our pastor kicked off a new series on families. We had a guest speaker; parenting expert (author of many books as well as a column that appears in newspapers nationally) John Rosemond. After our morning service, I went to have a book signed by him and had my photo taken with him! (I am quite a fan of his- if you can't tell). This afternoon, I went back for a seminar he was giving. I've been waiting for his speaking schedule to bring him close enough for me to see him, even considered driving to Charlotte once. Who knew he'd be at my very own church and that I'd get to meet him! I had the chance to ask a question during one of the breaks and speak with him personally for a few minutes...I feel like I've met a celebrity :-)
