3rd Grade Day

The kids are released to break all remaining water balloons
Water balloon relays

Freeze Dancing

Charades

It was Third Grade Day at school today. I was so thankful that it fell on a day I don't work. I really think after the week Justin has had, that he especially enjoyed having a parent there. (Keith is off for a boys weekend in Atlantic City with poker buddies from Glen Allen and I expect they will once again cackle like girls all weekend!) Ok, back to 3rd grade day...we started with a picnic lunch outside and then did rotations through all the different third grade classrooms for activities such as: water balloon toss and relays, freeze dance competition, face painting, snow cone making, board games, tshirt decorating, charades. It was a three and a half hour party and so fun hanging out with Justin and his classmates all afternoon. After next week, it'll be on to the fourth grade!
