apparently, i was in the mood to cook!

Maybe the rain put me in the mood to cook. Maybe it was Keith being home for dinner for the first time all week. I got in a mood to cook today, so I did! I roasted a turkey breast and cooked some potatoes for mashed potatoes. Then I decided to roast some brussels sprouts tossed in olive oil and sea salt (ohmygoodness, were they good!), I then thought it would be nice to bake some apples to go along with the turkey and mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. My house smells good and dinner was delicious!!! Glad Igot in a mood to cook today :)
