Aarti Party inspiration

My newest favorite food network chef is Aarti. She recenty won the "next food network challenge" and is adorable. Her theme is cooking everyday food with an indian flare and I happen to LOVE indian spices! On her show a couple of weeks ago, she made a pulled pork bbq (and that is what I'm making tonight), the twist here is that mango puree is the base for the sauce, along with fennel and cumin seeds. It already smells amazing in the house! I'm making some apple-lime-peanut slaw to go with it, which is also a recipe of Aarti's that she paired with the bbq. Mmmmm, I can't wait...though it won't be ready for another two hours :)
