Today, we bake.

This year, the advent calendar is keeping me busy. (Though I am the one who filled each door so I know what is in there) This morning after breakfast was eaten and cleaned up, we made two kinds of cookies: ginger (thanks to Summer for introducing us to them) and oatmeal chocolate chip. It is quite chilly today, so to be inside a warm house and have the smell of baking cookies in the air is just perfect! Hope your day is just as cozy.
