Waterslide action
We made it through a three and a half hour outdoor party for Kendall in very humid September weather, and I'd call it a success! We could hardly get the girls off the waterslide, but who could blame them? It kept them cool, while we were sweating! She had a very nice time, but I think she wore herself out as she was teary eyed by bathtime, claiming she was just sad to see her special day come to an end. All of her favorite friends were able to come, even with the date change. She had great party music playing thanks to granny & pappy making her a cd of music from xm radio, that was a huge hit! After watersliding an hour, they came up to the deck to make flip flop pillows and listen to music, then ate pizza, followed by more watersliding, then they returned to the deck for a cookie cake and icecream and present opening. One of her gifts was a "littlest pet shop monopoly" game and all the girls headed to the playroom to play it until parents came to retrieve their girls. Here are some photos; she opened her family gifts before church, so the photos inside are during the morning.
