These are molten chocolate lava cakes. This is one of Justin's favorite desserts, second only to his grandma's banana pudding :) He loves them and became hooked on them from Chili's dessert menu. He mentioned how nice it would be to have some tonight with dinner. Since he was so helpful today around the house, I felt like thanking him by attempting a special finish to dinner. They were way easier than I could have imagined. They came out about as good as you could imagine. He ate them with a big smile on his face. Kendall enjoyed hers as well, she came home from one of her many social engagements this weekend just in time to join us. Keith missed out as he is in Dallas for the week. I guess that means more for Justin....
