what is it with margaritas this weekend?

I'm off in less than an hour for margaritas AGAIN! Is it because spring is in the air that everyone thinks margaritas are a good idea? My next door neighbor called an hour ago and said we must get together for margaritas and guacamole this evening with a couple of others. I can't be anti social, so I'm off for more..... ;-)
