it's been a big week for Justin

What a week leading up to turning 10 for Justin. It started with the huge event of being baptized. Also this week, his community basketball league has had their playoffs; starting with the sweet 16 leading to the championship game. Justin's team has done well all season. They are second in their division going into the playoffs. They won Monday night. Tuesday, every boy on that team played THEIR BEST game of the season and we won- big! Last night was the final four. Guess who won? You better believe it- Justin's team (Heat). These boys are on fire. You'd think it was the college finals. We parents are cheering loud, not obnoxiously, but are definately having fun. Justin is playing great defense, definately his strong point. So, tonight, before his birthday sleepover get together, he plays in the championship game. If that weren't exciting enough, guess who he's playing? His best friends (Ray) team, The Raptors. We watched the first half of their game, which followed ours last night, then left to go eat dinner. We didn't find out til this morning that they had won, they were down by almost 10 at the half. Isn't that exciting? Justin is so excited and very proud to be part of an amazing team! We'll update you later on how it all goes!
