My Time On The Radio Was........interesting
Wendy and I were up and on our way to the radio station this morning at 5:30. It was exciting to see the voices I've been listening to. The three morning show hosts were very nice. However, time was not given to us (Wendy, really) to discuss our fundraiser. Apparently, strippers, 30 pound cats and setting people up on dates were better morning show fare! We had to fill out a questionnaire before officially being invited to the studio audience and it asked questions such as "what is the wierdest thing about you" and "do you do any human tricks". I mentioned being on the lookout for Clay Aiken since moving to North Carolina so I was asked if I'd like to be on air to discuss it, I said NO. So, the only time Wendy and I got to speak was at the end of the show when everyone got to do a shout out. But, we used that time to talk about our fundraiser. If you are interesed, you can go to G105.com, then to the link for Bob and the Showgram, click listen on demand and go to Friday, segment 13. I'm the second Wendy to speak. It was an experince I won't soon forget!!!

Does that Deejay say "everybody likes boobs" after you say your bit? I listened twice and couldn't decide if it was "booze" or "boobs"--but it sounded more like the latter. I thought you (and the other Wendy!) did a great job! I am so terrified of speaking in public. Props to you! Also, it was really nice to hear your voice!
