This girl...

Kendall is having a bang-up start to the summer!  This morning, she did a flip on the trampoline and her arm slammed onto the metal rim of the trampoline.  She came in crying with immediate swelling and bruising.

After icing it and waiting about two hours, she was still having pain and unable to move without pain...so we went in for an X-ray.  Thankfully, it isn't broken, though the doctor expected to see that it was.

There is muscle and tendon damage, but minor enough that it should heal with rest and this lovely wrap to put some pressure on it.

You know that awful feeling you get when you hit your funny bone?  She's had that sensation since the mishap, because it was hit so hard.  I can't imagine that being much fun!

She's keeping this summer interesting so far for sure!!!
