HOME ALONE!!!!

I am home alone for the first time in 13.5 years and I am loving it!  Keith has the kids in Charlotte and I got to stay behind, giving me almost 48 hours in my house, by myself.  Did I mention I am having a great time??!!

They left Sunday late afternoon for the drive to south Charlotte.  The purpose of the trip is to visit Carowinds  amusement park.  Since I am no longer much of a fan of wild rides and such, I suggested staying home.  I mean, why pay for admission for someone to not ride rides, right??

I have heard from them today.  They are having a great time.  They plan to stay until 10pm so they can see the fireworks display.  They will stay in the hotel again tonight and then head back tomorrow afternoon.

I worked hard to be caught up on all of my chores so that I would not feel obligated to do anything but relax, read, nap, watch tv, or just sit and stare into space if I want to.

What a way to recharge my batteries, I say!  If you call and I don't answer...you'll know why!!!!!!  :)
