ME!!
Things have worked out a little differently than we had anticipated for this spring break.
Keith has recently had a very good friend pass away and was asked to speak at his life celebration service this coming week. So, he will be heading to Pensacola. Justin thought it would be nice to join him and visit the (hopefully) warm beaches of the Florida panhandle. So...the boys are heading down Wednesday and returning on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Kendall was invited to join a friend and her family in Myrtle Beach this week. They leave early Wednesday morning and return on Saturday.
Guess where that leaves me??!!
HOME ALONE! This will be my second time since having kids (the first one being last June when Keith took the kids to Carowinds amusement park). I am kind of excited :)
There is just something special about having your house to yourself for a little bit that really feels good. This time around, unlike last time, I have a couple of projects that I will look to get done. Last June, I worked very hard to be caught up on chores so that I could relax, watch a movie or two, read, sleep in and the like.
This makes me extra glad that I requested the week off from work, when we originally talked of going to Clearwater for spring break. No alarm clocks til after spring break.
