They launched, but not for long. Got stuck in a tree...

We finished our August week of vacation in Ohio. We were invited to come for a tea party my mother in law was having in celebration of her 80th birthday. What she didn't know, is that in addition to the tea party, we surprised her with a family dinner complete with decorations, cake and gifts on Friday night. We had dad take her for a drive and while gone, we decorated the house- inside and out, and prepared a dinner of bbq, corn on the cob, fresh tomatoes, and plenty of other stuff to go with. She knew when she left that we were obviously up to something, but she was genuinely surprised when she opened the door and saw all the decorations and food ready! It was great fun getting it all together and then spending the evening eating, laughing and playing silly games out in the garden.
