Mmmm, mmmm, good!
I made a Rachael Ray recipe tonight and boy, oh boy, was it GOOD! It was "Make your own takeout: Spicy Peanut Chicken". It had a very nice kick that I loved and the rest of the family tolerated with enthusiasm ;-) I enjoyed it better than any chinese dish I've had out- ever- and will definately make it again when I'm craving asian food. The sauce was made with garlic, ginger, peanut butter, stock, tamari, chili paste and sesame oil= YUM-O. You can find the recipe on her website or if you request from me, I'll be happy to send to you. Definately worth the try. We had no leftovers!
