two small tidbits...

I have been asked to come back to the dental office Thursday to work in the morning! The other dentist will be there, so I am hoping it is because he wants to confirm that my fit for the office is as good as the ladies see... will keep updates coming as needed. Excited to go back again so soon and thankful Keith is in town that morning for the kids as he actually flies to Nashville that day. Second...I think I need to keep track of what I have read so far this year, because it seems to me that it's been quite a bit. I'm thinking I may be up to ten books so far. Considering it's late March, that means I've been a reading machine- compared to my history where reading is concerned. I just finished "Water For Elephants", because the movie is coming in April and I want to see it, but wanted to have the book read first. Another very enjoyable read! Am I too easy to please or is it that there are that many GREAT books out there?! This one went so fast also, I think I just started it on Saturday or Sunday. Very well written and I love how the author went back and forth from the character's current life and younger years. And, lets not forget my tender spot for old men.... Cannot wait for the movie, it happens to have one of my favorite actresses, Reese Witherspoon, in a lead role! Speaking of movies, we went to see the new Diary Of A Wimpy Kid movie, "Rodrick Rules" this Sunday after church. I am pretty certain I was more excited than anyone in my family to see it, even though I have not read the books, the kids have. It was adorable. Rodrick showed more heart in this one than the last and that made me happy. Also, the boys were severely punished for throwing a party while the parents were away and Justin happens to be enduring his first major (multiple day) punishment...which made me think it reinforced paying consequences were part of making bad decisions. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it, especially if you have kids in the late elementary/ early middle school years.
