how many women are blessed to work out side by side with their husbands?
After watching Keith's always slim body morph into a rock hard beautiful mound of muscle, I decided to join in! Wednesday, he took me to his gym to take a fitness class with him, that he has faithfully taken each Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the past five months. It is called BODY PUMP. I loved the class; it is set to music and is one hour of barbell work- the kind where you repeat movements to the point of pure exhaustion. My muscles shook the rest of the day. It was 4am Thursday when I got up to use the restroom that I realized I was crippled. I mean, try to sit and you just kindof fall into the chair. I worked Thursday- not super easy as I go from sitting to standing all day- but I survived. Even though Keith was out of town this morning, I went back without him. It actually felt better to go repeat the class than to try and get up or down the stairs, so I did it! I can't wait til we can go back together next week and I can't wait to do the class and not feel crippled afterward. Most of all, I look forward to seeing my own body morph into a smaller rock hard mound of muscle ;-)

Yikes! It sounds hard! Good for you guys!!
I like this idea - particularly since my own body is still quite squishy from the twins :)
