Kendall's brownie troop went to have tea recently to culminate their "Manner's" try-it. It was the most precious event. The tea house was very frilly, the girls arrived and were encouraged to find hats from the accessory box to wear during the event. They were served scones or muffins with lemonde. The adults had tea and scones, served with devonshire cream. I believe it was my first time having devonshire cream but, wow, I am a fan now. It was wonderful. The owner of the tea room gave a quick manners lesson before serving the refreshments and our girls already knew the anwers, which means we leaders are doing a wonderful job!!
