A Full Weekend...
Once I figure out where all the photos from the weekend went, I can post more. Most of the weekend festivities were captured on my iphone, but only part of them uploaded onto my computer...
But, here we have Kendall & I heading to Ronald McDonald House in Chapel Hill to volunteer on Saturday evening and we took Marsha along. (She actually put in 4 volunteer hours this weekend with us, as we made both Kent and Marsha work in the church nursery/kidcity with us on Sunday).
This last picture is of Kendall's lovely toenail finally letting go. It's been ready to fall off for at least two weeks...
Along with the girls going to RMH on Saturday, we went to the homecoming football game at Panther Creek. It was a very exciting game that unfortunately ended in a 21-20 loss for us....but came down to zero seconds left on the clock in that deciding field goal. We also saw a teen get arrested after assaulting a police officer right in front of us. It was a crazy night.
I had a lesson is the use of my DSL camera while Marsha helped Kendall cut out stockings for yet another NCL event where they make stockings for children affiliated with the USO. We had a wonderful meal out at Firebirds after church and left Kent and Marsha to shop for a couple of hours.
We were happy to have them for a visit and even happier to see them go.....JUST KIDDING Uncle Kent and Auntie M :)
